Why should we work together?

It’s tricky talking about yourself, so I would refer you to the words of my former coaching clients in my testimonials, but let me try anyway.

I’ve had a serious career at senior levels in big business. I spent my senior career as a Human Resources Director who often devised those fiendish processes that company’s use to assess and develop people, and have a strong insight into the way in which careers develop (or don’t!). This also helps me understand the business context quickly.

All that helps, but I need to understand you and your motivation. I look at this from a holistic, human point of view, there’s more to life than the greasy pole, and I’ll try to understand and work with your complete set of ambitions. When we work together, I’m there for you, even if there is a corporate client in the relationship; I’ll listen well, challenge when necessary and bring my experience to bear, where it is relevant.
